Soviet Armed Forces guidelines state:
Enlist - Staff Sergeant = Low Ranks
As a soldier of the Red Army you are expected to guard the border from any danger attempting to kill/invade the safezone. You may not leave the border unless told by a Captain+
Captain+ = Officers
As an Officer of the Soviet Army you're expected to make everything run smoothly, you have 2 main targets to rally the soldiers to guard
1- Border
2- Safezone
You'll have to look and see where are soldiers needed the most and make badvaar run smoothly, mostly the border.
